During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the comfortable and clean room, and the attentive and friendly service provided by the staff. The location was also convenient for my needs, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. the fitness center and swimming pool were great amenities that I took advantage of during my stay.
The language barrier proved to be a challenge as some employees struggled with English. Communication was necessary for resolving some issues, such as a mistake with my reservation, which was frustrating.

This hotel was a luxurious and delightful experience. All of my exclusive amenities needs were completely fulfilled. the indoor swimming pool and garden area provided a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. the room advantages were exceptional and the service was impeccable. the restaurant offered a delicious in-room breakfast and the bar/lounge area had a great atmosphere. the location advantage was perfect for my business needs.
the special diet menus were limited and did not offer a lot of variety.
